It's a unique opportunity that combines high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification with a strategic sales process. We're seeking talented, ambitious individuals who can thrive in this dynamic environment. As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers for Rhino.

As an SDR at Rhino, you will have the opportunity to help shape processes and build pipelines to support your Account Executive counterparts immediately. We believe in promotion from within and transparency on career paths that allow you to grow in your sales profession.What You'll Do
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads using specific qualifying criteria, including;
- Outbound Email and Calling
- Content
- In-person events and prospecting
- Outbound with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects
- Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 + $50,000 on-target commissionRhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.Base salary is just one part of our Total Rewards Package here at Rhino.
