About the Team:


At CookUnity, the Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing world-class marketing activations and experiences that drive brand awareness and earn loyalty beyond reason. This team sets the vision and strategy for the brand and brings it to life with strategic rigor, creative excellence, and cultural relevance. Through insight-inspired, data-informed brand storytelling and experiences, CookUnity’s Brand Marketing team will build a category-defining brand loved by an entire generation of foodies.

The role:


This role will support new product launches, follow up on 360 brand marketing campaigns monitor and stay on top of brief assignments from beginning to end, and even support other departments in daily creative requests. You’ll report to the Sr Brand Program Manager.You will join a rigorous and exciting team focused on exploring different brand strategies while taking big bets on exciting opportunities. We are looking for team members who can deliver on both in a fast-paced environment.You will partner closely with Product, Growth, and Design to gather different needs and evolve our integrated communications over time.

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the brand and its products/services. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Growth, CRM, product development, and Chef Success to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our semesterly projects. Use data and analytics to evaluate the success of brand initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to different stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, growth / performance teams, product teams, and external partners such as agencies and vendors, to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the brand program budget, including allocating resources effectively to support various branding activities and initiatives.

  • Continuously work to enhance the overall brand experience for customers across all touch points, including websites, social media, retail stores, customer service interactions, and product packaging.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to branding and marketing activities. Identify and mitigate brand-related risks, such as reputation damage or brand dilution.
    • Assign projects to creatives considering the weekly agenda of each of them, and their specific strengths

    Minimum Requirements:


    • Speak and write in fluent English
    • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in project management or a related field
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail in regard to administrative duties that include uploading images, assisting NY production where necessary
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools

    Preferred requirements:


    • Experience working at a high-growth startup, tech company, or creative agency a plus
