Your Role…
The Sales and Partnership Ops Intern will work with the Partnership Succes and Operations team. As the Sales and B2B2 Ops Intern, your responsibilities would be to support the account manager team, managing operational (sales) processes, basic data analysis, reporting and planning.
During a typical day, you will...
You’re helping our team with the day-to-day activities, so we can keep the work flow going and helping with projects to streamline business needs! You play a super important role within the team, so you would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Building on supporting our partner relationships. Helping partners become more successful with hear.com.
- Support relationship between partner office / provider / owner with hear.com
- Managing spreadsheets
- Salesforce reports and related projects
- Special partner projects: Communication of new go-to-market approaches, pilot programs, new policies (via video calls, phone calls, email)
- A little of this and a little of that – you’ll be wearing a lot of hats!
- Internship – indefinite
You have…
- Working Student, full-time internship, be able to work on a hybrid full-time schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- Good systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The knowledge to perform SalesForce.com administrative functions is a plus
