Rhino has already saved billions of dollars for renters and is trusted in over 3 million homes nationwide.The RoleAs the Strategic Operations Manager at Rhino, you'll spearhead operational strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency and fostering growth. Reporting directly to the COO, your responsibilities will include devising and executing initiatives to streamline operations across the organization. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you'll pinpoint opportunities for advancement and refinement, ensuring Rhino's ongoing delivery of exceptional service to our renters and property management clients. In this role you will:
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies to drive business growth and profitability, ensuring clear prioritization and delivering operational plans against them
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement
- Foster collaboration and communication across departments to facilitate cross-functional alignment
- Perform objective data-driven analysis to understand key drivers of business performance and identify gaps, opportunities, needs and actions to address. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in operational processes and develop strategies to mitigate them
We’re ideally seeking:
- Bachelor's degree and/or experience in related field - consulting, strategy, business operations
- 3-5 years experience in an cross-functional operational role
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans
- Experience leading large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor operational initiatives
- You’re highly analytical, and can understand and dissect data (Excel proficiency is a must, SQL is a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build consensus
- Ability to inspire and motivate teammates to achieve goals and drive results
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus (but not required)
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary Range:$110,000 – $140,000Rhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.Base salary is just one part of our Total Rewards Package here at Rhino.
