About the Team:


At CookUnity, the Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing world-class marketing activations and experiences that drive brand awareness and earn loyalty beyond reason. This team sets the vision and strategy for the brand and brings it to life with strategic rigor, creative excellence, and cultural relevance. Through insight-inspired, data-informed brand storytelling and experiences, CookUnity’s Brand Marketing team will build a category-defining brand loved by an entire generation of foodies.

The role:


CookUnity is seeking a passionate, detail oriented creative producer who thrives in the creative process and is dedicated to creating work at the highest level of craft. You will manage complex, multidisciplinary creative initiatives across multiple mediums through the entire project lifecycle, partnering with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners. You are highly organized and have a strong track record of creating structure, process, and plans that ensure creative projects run successfully and are delivered on time.

The Creative Producer must have a strategic eye to ensure all work is done in service of key objectives, strong creative sensibilities to help guide creative work, and extreme attention to detail ensuring an impeccable final result. The ideal candidate will be a master of managing calendars, communication, coordination, budgets, and timelines and is comfortable flexing between design, video, photography, audio, and copy creative. This role will report to CookUnity’s Creative Director and will be based in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:


  • Execute required production tasks on large scale projects and/or manage small to medium projects independently.
  • Develop detailed project plans for various creative initiatives and lead your projects through to completion meeting delivery deadlines, staying within budget, and elevating creative assets
  • Proactively communicate and create alignment across cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, Portfolio, and Chef Success
  • Work with the VP Brand Marketing and Creative Director to create and review schedules and budgets
  • Partner with fellow creative producer to build and manage the Content Library for quick and easy cross-functional access of all creative assets
  • Advocate for the highest-level of craft across all output.
  • Educate stakeholders and agencies on process and guidelines for projects.
  • Manage and prioritize feedback from stakeholders as projects develop.
  • Look for ways to up-level our processes and strive to improve them.
  • Enable creatives with the tools and resources to do their best work by establishing/managing schedules, budgets, and partners.
  • Ensure a highly organized workflow that shows operational excellence at every stage of the project.
  • Plan and execute integrated productions (e.g., film/video, photography, interactive, social, design, animation, etc.).
  • Clears roadblocks for the team and translates complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Have a willingness to be an owner and help define a campaign with more questions than answers.
  • Find opportunities to streamline the creative process to meet high production output
  • Advocate diversity, equity, and inclusion across work, internal teams, and external partners.

Requirements:


  • Experience in creative production, for an agency and/or internal brand marketing team.
  • Leading edge understanding of integrated production.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale, integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns, including OOH, OLA, OLV, OTT, Social and Paid Video content.
  • Comfortable on-set and providing realtime direction and feedback across video and photography with both in-house and external creative partners.
  • Deeply capable with budget forecasting, resourcing, actualization and spend allocation at a project level.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally with excellent organizational and crystal clear communication skills.
  • Proficient project management with an ability to multitask and manage priorities, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solution oriented thinker with multiple ways to solve arising problems.
  • Previous experience working with Chefs, restaurants or in the food space is a bonus.
  • A love of, and an appreciation for delicious food!

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
