Rhino has already saved billions of dollars for renters and is trusted in over 3 million homes nationwide.About the roleRhino's Marketing Team is seeking a driven marketer to aid in the design and execution of marketing strategies for our rapidly growing leasing integration platform.Reporting to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager and working closely with the broader Revenue and Product teams, you will help execute our event and conference strategies, partner and renter activation, and support our BDRs in building our pipeline of qualified leads.
In this role, you will help implement integrated campaigns, develop winning content, and help deliver qualified leads to our account managers and sales teams. You’ll also lend a hand in many projects as the business scales and grows.
- Support the content marketing strategy across owned channels to support key business KPIs
- Manage project timelines and deliverable tracking, communicating with internal leads to collect and deliver assets/information and send reminders of approaching deadlines.
- Run our event and conference strategy - coordinate with our national vendors and manage the event P&L.
- Support marketing automation and nurture efforts
- Stand up new lead intake channels and web forms when new referral partners are launched.
- Execute against paid media plans, including assisting with vendor management and coordinating creative and compliance requests.
- Distribute marketing content consistently across web, social, and email channels, ensuring it is compelling, engaging, and can drive relevant traffic - with a focus on Organic channels.
- Participate in quarterly media planning and campaign ideation
- Collaborate with sales and account management partners on executing incremental activities to drive revenue generation and implement builds based on customer feedback
- Circulate regular updates on key reports
- Assist with database and list management to ensure data hygiene and facilitate a strategically segmented marketing nurture program.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in B2B or SaaS Marketing
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools; Hubspot experience a plus
- Familiarity with B2B marketing best practices and channel tactics (events, webinars, content, email nurture)
- Collaborative team player who excels at building relationships and has a desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to work independently
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary Range: $72,000 - $90,000Rhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.Base salary is just one part of our Total Rewards Package here at Rhino.
