About the Role
What you’ll do:
Agent Lead Generation
- Hold weekly accountability calls with agents to review lead gen scoreboard and provide solution based tools for improvement.
- Hold weekly coaching calls to support agents when needed.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation efforts.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization within lead generation campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance lead generation outcomes.
- Drive performance and conversion metrics through OJO/Movoto leads as well as other lead sources.
- Participate in weekly scripts and development calls alongside agents.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies aligned with Lever goals and objectives
- Onboard and offboard agents according to company standards
- Provide guidance and support to agents on lead generation tactics and best practices
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate agents on effective lead generation techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with the training and development team to create resources and materials that empower agents to generate leads independently.
- Source additional vendors and lead generation platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance, presenting findings to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
Agent Recruiting
- Hold daily/weekly recruiting appointments to convert prospective agents to Lever
- Establish recruiting goals and objectives aligned with company growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate community, including brokers, agents, and industry organizations
- Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and engagement efforts.
What we need from you:
- 5+ years in the residential real estate industry, ideally with 2+ years in a productivity coach or agent recruiting capacity
- Strong communication and presentation skills
