Unit 410 is a small, senior team of experienced engineers empowering many of the largest cryptocurrency holders to actively participate in new networks and novel opportunities. This operations role enables our engineering team to continue to grow and support our executive functions such as compliance, finance, and planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruiting: Lead our recruiting team. Meet our hiring goals, expansion targets, and designing / implementing efficient processes to enable a stellar candidate experience.
- Employee Experience: Own the end-to-end employee experience including onboarding, retention and employee delight.
- Compliance: Own the efforts we pursue to maintain compliance in various certifications and processes around them.
- Finance: De-risk, help optimize, and enable automation for our finance and accounting-related processes.
- Planning: Work with our executive team to help plan our roadmap, direction, and track progress toward goals
Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven experience in multiple of the responsibility areas.
- Detailed understanding of recruiting and compliance processes.
- Working understanding of cryptocurrency and proof-of-stake.

The base salary range for this position is $100k to $200k.
