About Your Role
QGenda Customer Education is seeking a talented Training Content Developer to join our dynamic team. The Training Content Developer will play an important role in creating comprehensive training materials for our healthcare workforce management software. You will collaborate closely with our Instructional Designers to bring educational content to life. While the Instructional Designer crafts or validates the overarching design of our training materials, you will play a pivotal role in transforming these concepts into engaging instructional media.
This role will be customer-facing, working closely with QGenda subject matter experts (SMEs) and other customer-facing teams to understand customer training needs and developing engaging, effective training content to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to understand training goals and design, and develop those into world class training materials.
- Work with internal stakeholders and the Instructional Designer to identify client requirements and develop training tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Develop a variety of training materials, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, knowledge base articles, and interactive simulations, utilizing training development best practices.
- Administer the Customer Education learning management system (LMS).
- Occasionally facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars for clients, demonstrating software functionalities and providing hands-on guidance.
- Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness in accordance with software updates and releases.
- Develop subject matter expertise on our software products, providing expert guidance and support in the development of training materials.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for team activities in Atlanta, GA.
Experience You Bring
- Proven experience (3 years) in curriculum development, instructional design, or e-learning development, preferably within the healthcare industry or SaaS software environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Snag It, or similar software.
- Experience with LMS’s and familiarity with SCORM standards.
Not Required, but Nice to Have
- Experience/exposure to the healthcare ecosystem
