Integrated Lawn Care is currently accepting applications for the position of
Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team in Colorado Springs, CO.These are full-time positions with a competitive hourly rate plus bonuses and commissions. While these are not sales positions, simply making our customers aware of other services and selling incoming leads can be very lucrative. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, paid time-off and 401k.The hours are typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday and 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Friday with few opportunities for Saturday work.We Provide:

To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- A clear and articulate phone voice
- Experience with a CRM, experience with RealGreen is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Initiative to help coworkers and brainstorm ideas to help the company improve
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Customer interactions by phone and occasionally in person
- Answering and generating high call volumes
- Customer account documentation after interactions
- Data entry from unsold leads for marketing purposes
- Scheduling and rescheduling estimates or walkthroughs for customers
- Reports and Data collection
