About Your Role 


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding an integrated marketing campaigns program to drive new pipeline for our products in our named accounts. This position requires a proven track record of successful sales and marketing partnership and relationship management, strong project and program management skills, and a passion for innovative B2B SaaS marketing tactics.

How You’ll Make an Impact 


  • Develop and implement comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, webinars & events, 3rd party media partners and more to target key accounts and personas
  • Manage concepting, planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and pipeline impact, and act as a key driver for coordinated sales and marketing activity
  • Work with product marketing to develop and/or source high-value content offers and calls to action aligned to buyers' stage-specific information needs for use in programs and campaigns
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects and drive continual optimization of campaign performance
  • Manage and track budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI
  • Manage schedules, internal teams and resources and external agency/freelancers to drive flawless execution of multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Collaborate with design and digital teams for the development of different elements required by the campaigns
  • Expected to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement

Who You Are 


  • Ability to work in a team environment with Sales, Business Development, and Product Marketing
  • Strong verbal, written, and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong initiative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Adaptable and eager to learn and assume new responsibilities

Experience You Bring 


  • 5-7+ years of B2B demand gen experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Experience in software/high tech industries and healthcare vertical
  • Experience with Marketing automation tools such as Marketo & 6sense (or similar)
  • Familiarity with the demand waterfall approach and inbound marketing best practices
