IT ASSOCIATE - EL SEGUNDO, CA


This is an onsite position based out of our El Segundo, CA HQ. Core working hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST. The ability to prioritize tasks that come through email, phone calls, helpdesk system and drive-by is paramount. Members of the IT team have primary roles/responsibilities and must be able to work with little to no supervision. However, we operate as a cohesive unit/team and support each other. You will be mentored by senior members of the IT team which will expose you to a breadth of growth opportunities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair for computer, computer peripherals, and application software.
  • Monitor and respond to IT service requests in a timely manner using the company’s ticketing system, Jira.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inventory management. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with users throughout the organization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on software applications and IT policies.
  • Investigate issues thoroughly before escalating to a senior staff member.
  • Assist with setting up Teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment - ex: Neat boards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 3+ years of professional working experience
  • Detail oriented, including follow-up on outstanding items in a timely manner
  • Travel is required as needed to our other offices at, but not limited to El Segundo and Camarillo
  • Travel is sometimes required to pick up local orders for IT (e.g., Best Buy, Guitar Center, etc.)
  • 2 years of experience troubleshooting Windows and Apple laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Familiarity with our tech stack: Mixed environment of Windows and Macs, Jamf Pro and Hexnode MDMs, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Zoom, Neat hardware, Slack, AFI, Druva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, Netsuite, Brivo, Xerox printer/copiers, Meraki network, Crowdstrike
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive up to 30 miles for remote office installations and support
  • Experience resolving individual IT issues, in a fast paced environment a plus

The base hourly range is $80,000 - $95,000 USD a year. Your hourly base will be determined on experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
