Peachtree Orthopedics is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient/sports training or a strong interest in sports, preferably baseball, to join our team at our Woodstock, GA location. Our clinic is conveniently located within a well-established sports performance training facility that caters to athletes of all levels, specializing in baseball-specific training. During the off-season, we provide training for approximately 30-40 players from MiLB/MLB. Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including both post-operative and non-operative cases. We provide comprehensive treatment for various outpatient diagnoses and cater to a wide range of individuals, including Medicare patients, the general population, and athletes at all levels.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Thorough understanding of the principles and practices of physical therapy assessment and treatment.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive treatment plans for orthopedic patients, encompassing both surgical and non-surgical conditions.
- Previous experience working with baseball or overhead athletes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation and patient-reported outcome measures is preferred.
Education and Experience
- Candidates at all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Clinical Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions:
The role involves assisting patients with their mobility, demonstrating various exercises, performing manual therapy techniques, and occasionally lifting objects weighing between 25 and 50 pounds. Vision and hearing abilities should be correctable to within normal limits.
