What you’ll do:
- Lead the development of production-grade behavioral machine learning models and algorithms, focusing on projects such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), churn prediction, personalization, and segmentation and delivering these engines directly to product.
- Manage projects centered around behavioral data analysis and mentor junior team members, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met effectively.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align behavioral data science effort with overall company, product and marketing goals.
- Provide project, product and delivery management in the behavioral and econometrics data science domain.
- Grow and scale a team of data scientists to tackle the toughest behavioral and econometrics modeling problems.
What you have:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role, managing and growing a team of data scientists in a behavior sciences / econometrics function.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in building machine learning models, performing data analysis, and statistical modeling with a focus on predictive behavioral data (CLV, Churn, Personalization, Segmentation).
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical software (e.g., Python, R).
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale behavior data science projects on time and within budget.

- This is a remote position with occasional travel to our HQ in Atlanta, GA
