We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead our expansion into commercial HVAC construction, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and leadership in developing this crucial aspect of our business.Role OverviewThe Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our commercial HVAC construction operations.

This individual will be responsible for managing all phases of HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through to close-out, including estimation, procurement, contracting, and project management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, project management principles, and customer relations. This role offers significant potential for advancement and the opportunity to shape the growth of our HVAC division.Responsibilities* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial HVAC construction projects, ensuring they are         completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.* Oversee preconstruction activities, including project estimation, bidding, and contract negotiations.* Manage procurement processes, ensuring materials and equipment are obtained at optimal costs and meet project specifications.* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.* Implement effective project management strategies, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.* Maintain strong customer relations, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.* Contribute to the strategic development of the HVAC division, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Requirements* Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the commercial HVAC construction industry.* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HVAC projects from inception to completion.* Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methodologies, and building codes.* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.* Ability to negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.* Competency in project management software and tools.* Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.What We Offer* Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.* Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a growing company.* A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and initiative are valued.* Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.* Company vehicle.What’s NextLet’s get you onboard.
