- Be passionate about identifying and solving customer problems with a deep curiosity for understanding the needs of real estate teams.
- Contribute to the development of the product vision and strategy for CINC’s CRM product.
- Plan roadmap and features that support the CRM product strategy.
- Deeply understand competitive differences of real estate lead generation platforms including economics and competitor strategies.
- Actively report product metric performance to the team and establish product KPIs. Analyze metrics to prioritize ideas/initiatives by impact.
- Understand technical architecture and work closely with technical leadership to innovate, leverage new technologies, and to eliminate technical debt.
- Own your product discovery and research to create and validate ideas. Follow modern, effective discovery processes.
- Manage the JIRA backlog. Write clear and effective user stories. Work with the team to define scope of sprints.
- Ensure the CRM team maintains schedule and communicates risks / interrupts. Helps team operate sprints more efficiently through process optimization, retrospectives.
- Make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data. Deeply understand real estate agent and consumer needs, pain points, and behavior, applying continuous discovery techniques.
- Create and manage to OKRs.
- Enjoy full ownership of significant product features and be accountable for delivering measurable results.
What you'll need:
- Approximately 3-5 years of technology product management experience.
- A plus is experience with CRM lead nurturing technologies including email automations, texting and telecom (think Twilio, SendGrid etc.)
- Competency with design thinking methodologies and principles; proven success in discovery and design stages of the product development process.
- Demonstrated track record of building widely adopted technology products that users love and that drive high-impact results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias toward action and client-focused innovation. You welcome problems and are not deterred by difficult situations. You work proactively rather than reactively.
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; willingness to get into the details and drive clarity from ambiguity.
- Passion for making decisions quickly to seize opportunities that lead to team success.
