Position Overview:
Trella Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited to join the Product Team to design and build industry-leading data and workflow solutions for post-acute business development. You will be part of a collaborative product group that drives research and innovation across all our lines of business including, Home Health, Hospices Skilled Nursing, Home Medical Device, and Infusion. You’ll work with people across Trella Health: members of the marketing, sales, and customer success teams in addition to engineers and designers.

Remote – US (Preference to applicants locate in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA); applicants in other remote locations will still be considered
Reports to:
Chief Product Officer
As a Product Manager at Trella, you will:
- Be the expert in workflow and data flow as it relates to data integration across EHR’s and other systems
- Understand customer/user needs to define clear feature requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create detailed user stories that effectively communicate product vision and goals to cross-functional teams
- Prioritize epics, user stories and technology enablers based on assessment of customer and business value
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, implementation teams to ensure product features are implemented as intended and meet customer requirements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor product performance and metrics to ensure product success and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Establish partnership strategy and own the ongoing relationship management aspect for the integration partners (EHR’s etc)
This job might be a fit for you if you have:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Product Management function working in a healthcare analytics software company
- Background EHR integrations in healthcare is required; experience within post-acute care, and referral management is highly preferred
- Experience working collaboratively on Agile teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep empathy for customer needs and a desire to engage directly with customers to develop market leading products
- Exposure to Human Centered Design (HCD) is a plus
- Willingness and ability to collaborate to solve problems as needed to help the bigger team
- Experience with development and product workflow tools such Jira and Aha!
- Fluent in Agile development methodology
