About Your Role 


The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Activation Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring a range of strategic multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs, including inbound and outbound tactics, for accounts expressing intent, research, and other buying signals. This is a critical role for a motivated marketer who can deliver strategic, targeted, and insight-led marketing programs for enterprise customers and prospects. Key activities include creating, delivering and iterating campaigns based on account intelligence, setting goals for our go-to-market teams, and running demand generation programs with sales to help secure more meetings and ultimately accelerate bookings.

How You’ll Make an Impact 


  • Write and publish an ABM Intent Activation Playbook for use by marketing, business development and sales that is focused on mid-funnel to bottom-funnel execution and opportunity acceleration.
  • Quarterback the ABM playbook across product marketing, creative, digital, demand generation,  business development, CX and field sales to drive and execute the campaign strategy, create a feedback loop, and drive demand gen results.
  • Create and manage a process to leverage intent data in our go-to-market activities, identifying accounts showing active buying signals and tailoring marketing and GTM efforts accordingly.
  • Build repeatable and scalable 1:few program structures for high-value target accounts in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting accounts displaying relevant buying signals, using intent-based advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, business development and customer success to manage comprehensive targeting across all named accounts.
  • Define key sales stakeholders and develop a process for buy-in and expectation setting during planning stages, create calendars with clear deliverables for teams to ensure campaign success, establish a cadence for communication frequency, and capture feedback from field teams.
  • Work closely with our BDR teams to tailor the broad marketing messaging for “one-to-few” outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with our paid media team to drive the digital strategy for ABM (display, programmatic, paid social, content syndication, etc.) as part of these marketing programs.
  • Monitor, track, and report engagement/results of accounts across all programs. Make recommendations based on analysis and results.

Experience You Bring 


  • 7+ years of B2B Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of Marketing experience in ABM
  • Have a strong understanding of B2B ABM approaches
  • ABM Certified - 6Sense platform preferred
  • Strong digital marketing background
  • The ideal candidate understands sales cycles and prospecting campaigns, excels at relationship-building, and knows about organization and simplifying processes.
