Here's the deal - we're a group of hungry, dedicated, and passionate Management and Technology Consultants in Atlanta, GA and we’re looking to add to our squad… someone who is just as passionate about the work as we are and wants to be part of building the next great Management and Technology Consulting company.Sound like you?  Keep reading...As a Delivery Manager with our award-winning team at Collective Insights, you will play a key role in planning and executing the most important Technology Modernization projects for some of our top Fortune 100 and 500 clients.

You will work with many experienced technical leaders and join our community of experts to continue to grow your personal skillsets, take ownership in building our service capabilities and grow our footprint at current clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including coordination, planning, issue/risk management, status reporting, financial management, and client interaction.
  • Act as a bridge between the project team and the client, translating client needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Support workshops, documentation, change management, communications, training, and other areas where technical resources may require assistance.
  • Apply project management principles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead technical engagements, from assessments to implementations, with a focus on Microsoft Security / Azure technologies.
  • Provide direct management consulting support, working externally with clients in various roles on projects.
  • Drive project forward by filling in gaps that technical resources may not be able to address, ensuring overall project success.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn on the fly, step out of comfort zones, and take initiative in challenging situations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, business analysis, and technical analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Experience leading technical engagements, specifically in the Microsoft Security / Azure space, is highly desirable.
  • Direct management consulting experience, with a focus on client interaction and project delivery, is desired.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
