Key Responsibilities:
- Microservices Development: Architect, design, and develop Java-based Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Cloud & Kubernetes Expertise: Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms, especially within the Azure ecosystem. Proficiency in developing applications optimized for Kubernetes.
- Database Management: Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with databases such as Redis, Cassandra, Mongo, and SQL (JDBC).
- Document Stores: Working knwoledge of Solr, ElasticSearch
- OpenAPI: Design and implement OpenAPIs, ensuring seamless and efficient integrations.
- Performance Tuning: Delve deep into Java performance tuning, always striving for optimal efficiency.
- Production Support: Act as a key resource in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Messaging & Event-Driven Architecture: Proficient understanding of messaging technologies like JMS, EventHub, and Kafka, complemented by a solid grasp of Event Driven Architecture.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including offshore counterparts, fostering a seamless flow of technical and business communication.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Java Mastery: Deep-rooted understanding of Java, complemented by expertise in design patterns and performance tuning.
- Cloud Savviness: Proficient experience with cloud platforms, with a particular focus on Azure.
- Agile Experience: Proficiency in working within Agile teams, diligently following Scrum practices.
- Out-of-the-Box Thinker: An independent thinker with the ability to venture beyond conventional solutions, and an inclination to take the lead and drive initiatives.
- Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication skills, adept at liaising with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Full Stack Knowledge: Experience with React and its ecosystem is a significant advantage.
- Telecom Insight: Familiarity with the Telecom domain will be beneficial.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 4+ years in Java Microservices development, with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability.
