Arden's Garden is looking for Retail Store Managers in our current locations and our soon to open locations! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making/serving smoothies, sharing product and health knowledge, engaging, and creating wonderful customer experiences.
To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior management experience in retail sales or the foodservice industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operating blenders, serving and selling healthy juices and smoothies
- Sharing nutritional knowledge with customers
- Ensuring Loss Prevention
- Overseeing Inventory discrepancies and stock levels
- Developing strong relationships with community
- Scheduling, hiring, training, coaching and developing associates
- Handling store operations and accounting (documentation, reporting, depositing)
- Verifying and approving employee hours
Qualifications and Skills
- Dedicated and hardworking
- Experience operating a POS system
- Minimum 1+ year of management experience
- Bartender, barista and service industry experience not required but preferred
- Good attention to details
- Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
