We have an immediate need for a talented Manager to join our Asset Management team at our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. We are hiring a Manager level candidate, who is looking for a new role and is excited to be an instrumental part of our company's portfolio growth. Credigy is a global, business-to-business specialty finance company with flexibility across the capital structure to acquire and finance a diverse range of consumer-related assets. The Asset Management team at Credigy oversees the strategic partnerships we’ve developed as a result of several years of growth in our structured finance investments. Once a new transaction is brought onboard, this group serves as the main point of contact for both ongoing and future investment opportunities on the structured finance side of our business.  This role will work across departments on due diligence and the approval of new investments as well as managing the day-to-day recurring activities of such investments from collateral performance, adherence to loan documentation and financial covenants, and the investment joint ventures and strategic partnerships for Credigy.Asset Management monitors the performance of the collateral, the financial health of our counterparties, and their compliance with our loan agreements.

Most importantly, we are responsible for fostering strong relationships that ensure long-term partnerships for the business. Internally, we partner closely with Credigy’s Investments, Legal, Credit, and Finance teams to ensure strong oversight of our lending investments. Managers on the team are not only expected to excel in the functions outlined above but are also responsible for guiding and developing more junior staff members as this group continues to experience growth.We are excited to engage in conversations with candidates who have previous financial oversight experience, particularly in roles where they have served as the point person responsible for managing multimillion-dollar B2B relationships. We are searching for someone with a natural curiosity and desire to question and understand the underlying factors that drive business performance. Candidates should be extremely goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to exceed expectations and the ability to influence others to do the same. 

Ideal Educational Background, Experience & Skillset:


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier program with a strong quantitative base is required; Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields preferred;
  • 8 years of experience in a highly analytical field is required, as is previous financial oversight/asset management experience. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio, including performance management and analysis, fiduciary responsibility, contract compliance, and client relationships;
  • Natural relationship-building skills; must be capable of striking the appropriate balance of influence and assertiveness;
  • Ability to define, create, and execute strategic plans; must be gifted at identifying and overcoming obstacles;
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and operational strategies and results;
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage external and internal relationships across multiple functions (legal, accounting, finance, etc.);
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for understanding and telling the story behind the data; expert proficiency with MS Excel is required and knowledge of SQL or Tableau is a plus; and,
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
