In this role you will:
An Implementation Specialist at Actabl assists with the implementation, deployment, and documentation of software as a service (SaaS) systems. Uses customer requirements provided by Project Manager to configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes. If necessary, works with customers during deployment of business solutions. Configures the solutions through deployment and hand-off activities.
Typical Functions:
- System setup, data loading, report building, and data mapping for all implementation projects.
- Assist Project Manager with customer calls and meetings for support and project review if necessary.
- Maintain strong communication on project status and any necessary escalations to Project Manager.
- Updates notes on Client accounts as it relates to custom configuration and process flows.
- Identifies configuration problems and researches alternatives through testing and consulting with peers.
- Configures and deploys enterprise applications and business processes.
- Supports business process testing of the application prior to end-user acceptance testing.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
- Other duties or functions may be assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years in the Hotel Industry or Hotel SaaS preferred, Customer Service or similar experience
- Strong organization and time management to handle multiple implementations at once
- Ability to triage current work queue and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Curious and eager to always learn more
- Strong communication skills
