The Virtual Account Manager plays an integral role in the execution of our account development and growth strategies. As a part of Helm’s inside sales business development team, you will be responsible for maximizing dealer participation in Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP)’s full suite of F&I products by providing both internal and external training, sales support and completion of account development activity while also supporting the field team with new business acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for MVP’s products, services and profit participation programs.
  • Utilize outbound calls, email and Teams virtual meetings to execute Helm’s Go-To- Market strategy. This strategy includes the delivery of training, product knowledge, and other MVP systems training as needed by dealers or requested by the field team.
  • Communication of MVP program changes, new product offering and profit participation performance.
  • Handle inbound calls & emails from Dealerships providing a high level of Dealer Experience.
  • Assist in attainment of MVP KPIs by leveraging incentives, participation programs and relationship with assigned dealers.
  • Utilize Field Team members for in-person visits as needed to further explore new opportunity or resolve situation as needed.
  • Assist in new business acquisition strategy by supporting Business Development Managers in marketing to targeted dealerships as needed.
  • Utilize all provided technology for understanding of dealership performance and internal reporting. These include but are not limited to PowerBi, Salesforce, DealerConnect, Incentive websites, MenuConnect, Five9. 
  •  Conduct recurring meetings with all stakeholders.

RequirementsCollege degree preferred but not required.Automotive F&I and/or F&I provider experience preferred with customer service background

  • Ability to think and act strategically.
  • Ability to skillfully engage, build trust and persuade automotive business management and sales/service personnel.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Strong communication skills.
