We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team on a contract basis as aCreative TikTok and UGC Producer. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity, work on a variety of brands with different aesthetics and goals, and contribute to the growth of our client’s presence on TikTok.

Job Description:
As our new Creative TikTok and UGC Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing engaging video content for our client’s TikTok channels. You will also be responsible for discovering other creator talent who will be able to take on some creator responsibilities should your workload hit it’s limit. You will also be responsible forUGC ad creation, managing casting and talent outreach, scripting, and overseeing the editing process with editors on staff. You will be a key member of the creative team, assisting in an important piece of a client’s overall marketing strategy that also includes other organic and paid social efforts.
You will work closely with our marketing and social team’s to develop content that aligns with our brand voice, values, and sales or growth objectives. An ideal candidate is versed not only in what is trending on TikTok, but has an understanding of what makes effective marketing messaging as well. We are looking for someone who is creative,understands trends, works well with others, and can understand the balance between using a brand’s voice and coming off like someone’s parents on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
-Front to end management of TikTok video creation and UGC content creation. -Create high-quality, engaging TikTok videos that align with using a variety of brand identities which appeal to a given target audience -Collaborate with the social and marketing teams to develop creative concepts for TikTok content and UGC content. -Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance. -Use editing software to enhance video quality and add creative elements. -Develop a network of trusted TikTok creators for spillover work. -Continue to expand the catalog or UGC talent.
Qualifications:
-At least 1 year experience in ONE of the following areas: One year of TikTok / UGC creation at a similar agency or in house at a brand OR one year of experience on a social team at either a marketing or social media management agency -Proven experience creating and editing videos for TikTok or other social media platforms either personally or for brands -Proficiency in video editing software (specifically Adobe Premiere Pro) -Strong understanding of TikTok trends and best practices -Excellent communication and collaboration skills -Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously -Passion for social media and digital marketing -Ability to be on site in our Brooklyn studio at least 3 days a week -Comfortable being in front of camera or in TikTok videos (when needed) -Examples of past TikTok videos created for brands Apply for this job
