FIREBOLT - IMAGESELLER TEAM ACCOUNT MANAGER - MUST LIVE IN MICHIGAN, UTAH, COLORADO OR TENNESEE


We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Account Manager to join our team of passionate professionals. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact between ImageSeller and your clients, overseeing the end-to-end execution of promotional merchandise projects. You will work closely with our Account Directors and assist them with large account oversight as well.

About the ImageSeller Team:

ImageSeller is a creative agency specializing in branded merchandise. We offer a complete suite of services to help companies build a strategic merchandise program from the ground up and manage their merchandise program once it’s launched. ImageSeller sources, produces, and distributes branded merchandise nationwide and for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. We custom-built Cre8ed by ImageSeller to solve some of the most challenging and complex issues large merchandise programs face: ensuring brand consistency, managing massive inventories, the painstaking product procurement process, and the headaches caused by decentralized and virtual team swag distribution.
With over 20 years of direct experience working with large brands, we deeply understand that unsold inventory is the same as throwing money away. The ability to have the right inventory at the right time is key, and we have the experience, the knowledge, and the connections to be your fully managed, strategic merchandise supply partner. Allowing you and your team to focus on the most pressing areas of your business.

Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


  • Develop and maintain effective and productive client relationships.
  • Understand clients' business goals and objectives to provide tailored promotional merchandise solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.

Planning:


  • Take the lead role in the development of client program strategy for your clients.
  • Initiate recommendations and strategies to achieve program objectives.
  • Think creatively and innovatively to deliver on client expectations within the client’s budget while maintaining margin and profitability.

Management:


  • Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement the timeline, budget, and deliverables necessary to achieve the client’s program objectives.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the successful and on-time completion of the program and its deliverables.
  • Communicate in a timely and proactive manner with clients.
  • Prepare client presentations, quotes, product briefs, data sheets, and other information required by a client.

Market Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Use market insights to make recommendations for improving clients' promotional merchandise strategies and product offerings.

Requirements:


  • 2-4 years of industry experience in Promotional Products, Beverage Alcohol, CPG, Apparel, or related merchandise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the Promotional Merchandise Industry including promotional products merchandising, sourcing, and purchasing.
  • Financial acumen to understand pricing and margin impacts on profitability.
  • High degree of organization and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional internal and external resources.
  • Personally motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented.
  • Able to work in a hybrid work environment.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, being able to pivot as needed and able to pro-actively figure things out (as opposed to following documented processes).
