ABOUT THE TEAM
The Strategic Media Services (SMS) team provides strategic partnership and integrated media solutions to our diverse suite of clients. We deliver Raving Fan Service by helping clients challenge their media objectives and realize their business ambitions. Powered by best-in-class research and planning tools, SMS works in partnership with our sales team to tailor our tech enabled services approach to drive better outcomes and media campaigns.
WAYS YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Cultivating an understanding of how digital channels work together to deliver a holistic media plan including: programmatic display, video, CTV, audio, paid social, and paid search.
- Creating media proposals in the format of PowerPoint slides or Word Document deliverables for assigned accounts. Shadow Integrated Media Planner's proposal development process for complex accounts.
- Understanding media metrics and assist teammates in establishing a performance measurement plan.
- Owning project management for assigned accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure all deadlines are honored and materials are received.
- Being under direct supervision, play a critical role in project management for assigned accounts collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure all deadlines are honored and materials are received
- Serving as main point of contact for assigned accounts and assist Integrated Media Planner with day-to-day tasks for complex accounts.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and the latest Basis Tech solutions to inform and grow assigned accounts.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 6+ months of experience in digital media planning and/or buying, with programmatic, search and/or social experience being a plus
- Strategic thinking and proactive client service skills
- Proven communication skills, particularly in a client-facing manner
- Strong issue resolution and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
- Passion for learning and staying up to date on media research and systems
- Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Hands on DSP buying experience
- Previous holistic media planning experience
- Experience in digital reporting dashboards such as Datorama
- Experience buying Paid Search and/or Paid Social ads

$48,000 - $75,000 a yearOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual salary is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
