Job Summary:


The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of our IntelliLeisure™  Recreation and Facilities Management software solutions to municipalities, universities, government and private businesses in the Leisure Sector. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and managing relationships with clients, responding to RFPs and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and customer relationship management skills to drive business growth and success in selling ERP or Facilities Management type software solutions.

Location:

Remote in Canada (preferably Calgary)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to promote and sell IntelliLesiure™ software solutions.
  • Where possible conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements and pain points of each client.
  • Prepare tailored outbound marketing materials, proposals and presentations that demonstrate how our IntelliLeisure™ software can address the needs of clients.
  • Understand the IntelliLeisure™ solution in sufficient detail to respond to complex RFI’s (Request for Information) and RFP’s (Request for Proposal).
  • Be proficient in presenting and demonstrating the solution in person and on-line (Teams/Zoom/etc).
  • Manage Account relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and ongoing support and develop additional ‘back to base’ sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Update the company Hubspot CRM system and prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the IntelliLeisure™ solution and generate leads.
  • With the CEO or COO negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

  • Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAAS software sales, with a focus on ERP or Facilities Management solutions preferred and experience of the leisure sector ideal.
  • Knowledge of ERP and Financial software systems and their applications in different business environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and sales management tools for outbound marketing, pipeline management and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Remote working with willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
