Join the RedViking team as a pivotal link between customers, sales, and engineering, providing expert guidance on technical proposals and costing for highly engineered custom manufacturing and capital equipment projects.


Responsibilities


  • Identify vital customer data and specs, and analyze project requirements to gain a thorough understanding of project needs
  • Develop precise cost estimates, integrating materials, labor, and resources
  • Craft compelling proposals that highlight our tailored solutions' technical benefits and advantages
  • Initiate and transfer projects to dedicated teams, ensuring clarity through comprehensive documentation and effective communication
  • Offer technical guidance and oversight to project teams, leveraging detailed technical and financial insights from cost estimates and proposals

Requirements

  • Technical degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE)
  • Senior-level experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or capital equipment projects
  • Technical aptitude to articulate manufacturing systems and complex machines conceptually
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, and strong Excel and MS Project skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%)
  • Due to ITAR requirements and the nature of work performed within our facilities, sponsorship is not available for this role
