Director, Product Marketing & Partnerships

As the Director, Product Marketing & Partnerships at Litify, you will be responsible for harnessing new products and go-to-market partnerships to drive sales, client retention and revenue growth. This role will lead firm-wide rollouts of new features/functionality and will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience and other cross-functional teams to achieve the objectives of each product release. As part of this role, you will continuously refine our existing go-to-market approach, including Litify’s target segments, pitch, positioning by client segment, packaging and pricing. Lastly, you will serve as an executive sponsor of our top revenue-generating partnerships, major deals and other key revenue opportunities. This role reports to Litify’s Chief Product Officer.

In this role, you’ll:


  • Develop client-segment-specific product positioning, pitch and demo approaches to accelerate new sales
  • Refine pricing and packaging strategies for core and add-on products
  • Create a rollout plan for each major Litify Product Release - Partner with Customer Experience (CX) to define adoption targets for all Litify anchor projects, train & enable customer-facing teams to position new features/functionality, establish targets for each release and measure success
  • Plan and execute new product launches across the client-facing organization - determine pricing and revenue targets, set contracting, quote-to-cash and implementation processes
  • Execute upsell campaigns in partnership with Sales - Define target lists, design pitches, train and enable customer-facing teams, establish targets and measure success
  • Evaluate and forge strategic GTM partnerships that complement the Litify product suite and drive incremental revenue - Negotiate optimal revenue share terms, Partner closely with Product and Engineering to design best-in-class integrations, partner with CX to bring partners’ products to market, establish targets and measure success
  • Partner with CX to deliver client-facing playbooks for optimizing Litify usage targeting our key client segments
  • Conduct routine competitive analysis to shape our pitch, positioning and product USP’s

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to garner buy-in and excitement from commercial teams
  • Data and metrics oriented
  • Desire to be in front of customers or prospects to help win the deal or secure a renewal
  • 5-7 years of product marketing or relevant experience

Disclosure:The estimated pay range for this role is $155,000-$175,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.  The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
