About the Role:
Are you the next Qventoid? We’re looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable Solution Engineer to become an expert in our product and lead our demo efforts. Our team plays a critical role in showcasing the capabilities of Qventus, ensuring potential clients and stakeholders fully understand the value and impact of our solutions.As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations for non-physician or surgeon executive meetings, leading demos at events and tradeshows, participating in webinars, and handling complex demo scenarios that highlight advanced features.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the best in the company at understanding our product and demonstrating its capabilities.
Conduct demos for all non-physician or surgeon executive meetings.
Lead demos at events, tradeshows, and webinars.
Step in for complex demos of advanced feature functionality, particularly those in QA.
Stay up to date with all new feature releases and collaborate with product teams to understand and demonstrate these features effectively.
Work with marketing to highlight our product differentiation and package customer success stories.
Manage the creation of sales support materials focused on product differentiation.
Own the project management, response draft, and coordination of RFPs, with assistance from the Director of Business Operations for partnership and financial components.
Set up digital sales rooms and collateral to support deals.
Travel nationally to support interactions, averaging 2 days per week.
Support AVPs in executive meetings by capturing notes, setting strategy, and executing communication post-meeting.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Ability to travel nationally on a regular basis.

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with hospital operations.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications.
Previous experience in a sales enablement or demo specialist role.
Technical expertise in software demonstrations.
Proven track record of successfully managing RFPs and creating sales support materials.

This salary represents market data's middle to the high end across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
