The Opportunity: Enablement Manager
Wrapbook is hiring an Enablement manager responsible for leading enablement for all Client Operations teams including Customer Support, Customer Success and Operations. These teams are focusing on supporting the Customer once live on Wrapbook. In this role, your mission is to equip our Customer Support and Success teams with the knowledge and resources to efficiently service, retain, and grow revenue. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-impact training to support product launches, internal processes and procedures, skills development, and more.
What you'll do:
Impact performance of the Support and Success teams through tailored training and enablement programs
Partner with Product and Product Marketing to understand the product roadmap, and develop training to support upcoming launches
Ensure Customer Success and Support teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources to support changes to internal processes and procedures
Partner with Ops leadership to develop an internal new hire onboarding program
Deliver a clear, consistent, and repeatable enablement program
Consistently report on the progress and impact of enablement activities to Client Operations leadership
What you'll have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including time management, goal setting, and attention to detail
Sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity—we are building something new which is an opportunity to contribute but also means we don't have all the answers yet!
