We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our team of IT professionals. Previous experience in Hospital and healthcare environment is a must for this role. Within our organization, the Business Relationship Management team focuses on enhancing customer relationships and integrating Technology across the divisions within the company to connect teams, drive value, and ensure a superior customer experience. In this role, you will have an opportunity to form interdepartmental relationships, understand department operating models as well as the ability to align business needs with IT solutions and services.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Act as a single point of contact and “Account Manager” for department leadership, fostering relationships by ensuring operational needs are met and strong working partnerships are maintained
  • Meet with department leadership and key stakeholders to address issues and resolve escalations, working to continuously improve processes where deficiencies are reported
  • Support business Ideation, providing earlier visibility to IT and an opportunity to stimulate, surface, and shape demand for existing or new capabilities and assets
  • Enhance the customer experience, providing oversight for and consultation on change management efforts for high-impact, complex projects/enhancements coming from IT teams.
  • Work across Product Management, Training, Enterprise Change Management & Departmental teams to improve our approach and the effectiveness of product launch
  • Assess perceptions of IT and promote its value proposition, key accomplishments, and plans that will add value to and/or impact their area
  • Engage with IT teams to share ongoing feedback from departments related to continuous improvement opportunities
  • Drive the establishment and adoption of a formal process for IT-led launches and collaborating with Agile SAFe teams to align communications and training across Digital Product releases

Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles involving technology change management
  • Hospital and Healthcare environment experience is a must
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with demonstrated capability of managing stakeholder expectations, fostering relationships, and building new relationships at all levels
  • Solid understanding of clinical systems and operations
  • Experience working in a BRM function
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience leading multiple, simultaneous complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the product management life cycle and proven experience with the deployment, adoption, and measurement of digital solutions in a scaled agile environment
  • Experience with Rally, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or similar enterprise applications preferred
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other project management tools required
  • Must be passionate about delivering valuable results to end users
  • Must be able to derive value from relationship building and collaboration with diverse teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate evolving business needs
  • Must be self-sufficient and resourceful
