About the team
We’re looking for a scrappy Senior Growth Marketing Program Manager, Host, with experience launching and growing customer-facing programs that solve user needs. The Senior Growth Marketing Program Manager, Host will lead the development and execution of best-in-class marketing strategies that elevate host efficiency and earnings, collaborating closely with creative teams, host success, product, ops, leadership, and Turo’s host community.This role represents a rich opportunity to build and scale programs that will make a significant impact on Turo’s performance and host success.
You’ll take the lead on developing and executing our go-to-market marketing strategies for new offerings, as well as growth strategies for existing host offerings (vehicle financing, insurance, etc.).The ideal candidate is a high-EQ critical thinker experienced in driving growth for customer-facing programs, is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, and thrives when working with teammates and other departments to achieve ambitious goals. What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of hosts’ needs to efficiently manage and grow their business
- Own go-to-market and growth marketing strategies (email, social, referral, etc.) for all cross-functional programs aimed at increasing host efficiency and earnings
- Partner on cross-functional initiatives with other teams like product, business development, and host success to drive results, taking ownership of marketing and initiative-level KPIs, like adoption
- Manage full-funnel program performance and help identify and prioritize opportunities that will drive program growth
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or related discipline)
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, leveraging various marketing strategies (email, social, referral, etc.) to bring new offerings to market and drive adoption, preferably in B2B or on the supply side of a marketplace
- Proven track record taking part in complex initiatives, and collaborating across departments, to achieve growth targets
- Desire to deeply understand our host community and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritize ways to add value
- Experience using BI (e.g., Tableau, Domo) tools
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication skills with a scrappy entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit
- Creative mindset and natural eye for compelling brand creative
The San Francisco base salary target range for this full-time position is $134,000-$151,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
