About the Role:
We are looking for an engineering mindset that brings fresh ideas from various areas, including large-scale platform design, analytics, data structures, security practices, large-scale data retrieval, and processing environments. Someone who’d love to innovate while prioritizing User Privacy and Security to the highest of standards. As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will be working closely with product managers, QA engineers, designers, and back-end software engineers, and will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and scaling the various iOS SDKs under the umbrella of CleverTap Platform.What will you do:- Design, build, and configure iOS SDKs to meet business process and application requirements- Design and build applications for the iOS platform- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of SDKs & applications- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables- And can take a First-principles approach to problem-solving- Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architecture, trends, and emerging technologiesWhat are we looking for?
Must have:
- 5 -7 years experience in developing iOS apps and/or SDKs- Engineering in CS or related domains- Expertise in iOS architecture and related conceptual models- Should be conversant in Swift and Objective-C coding ability along with strong CS & OS fundamentals- Using Git version control software- Use of package managers preferably Cocoapods.- Strong problem-solving skills- Knowledge of memory management, threading, and concurrent programming methods as applied within the iOS context.
Good to have:
- Experience with WebSockets is a plus.- Experience and/or understanding of VoIP is a big plus.- Experience with Android development or frameworks such as React Native and Flutter is highly desirable.
