You will start in an international and dynamic team whose mission is to find innovative ways to acquire new clients. At the same time, you will work together with experienced managers in your region on the strategic development of accounts, the acquisition of projects and can thus acquire specific industry knowledge.
Key responsibilities âš
- You develop new and innovative strategies for the acquisition of new customers for Malt DACH
- You will ensure initial contact and meetings with decision-makers and our sales team in various industries while assisting in advising on project topics
- By experimenting with new content, channels and tools, you gradually improve our customer approach
- You are an expert when it comes to trending topics in different industries and are passionate about researching relevant companies as well as contacts
- You develop and communicate best practices within the team and thus ensure a lively exchange of knowledge
- You work closely with colleagues from the DACH and our international teams and are an ambassador of our great team spirit
About you đ§âđ
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or a comparable course of study as social sciences.
- Ideally first experience in a start-up or in a B2B environment (incl. internships) with a high affinity for the tech industry
- Strong hunting mentality, team spirit and willingness to deliver
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Parallel work on different projects is no problem for you
- You are creative, a real team player and enjoy working in an international environment
- Curiosity, intellectual flexibility and willingness to achieve objectives Entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in English and German
