GTM Systems @ Ironclad:
The GTM (Go-to-Market) Systems team enables Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to succeed today and to scale for tomorrow. Our team is part of the greater GTM Operations team with close teammates in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Renewal Operations. Reporting to the GTM Systems Architect, the Salesforce CPQ Developer will scale up the Quote to Cash process including new solutions and rebuilding old processes.
What You Will Be Doing:
Work closely with teammates on the GTM Systems team. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to other team members.
Collaborate with other teams including GTM Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, Finance, and Business Technology. Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to products, pricing, quoting, order processing, inventory, and contract management processes.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions that best leverage Salesforce and CPQ capabilities.
Design, configure, and customize Salesforce and CPQ solutions to meet business needs, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote templates.
Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
Provide ongoing management of CPQ, addressing escalated user inquiries and resolving technical issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement enhancements.
Key Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on CPQ.
Expertise in Quote to Cash.
Experience with Apex coding best practices, Visualforce, and the Lightning Web Component Framework.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience working with GTM teams and familiarity with their typical work processes and challenges.
Ability to explain technical concepts to less-technical people.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications are a plus.
Experience with CLM/Ironclad is a plus.Benefits:

Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
