Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic leader to help our Sales Development team grow and exceed their goals. You will guide a team of 8-10 SDR’s in all aspects of cold outbound and managing inbound leads.You will bring a spirit of servant-leadership and know how to work across the organization to accomplish your objectives.Please note this role will be an in-office position out of our Santa Clara, CA office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a culture of personal accountability and achievement while developing individuals for future growth in the organization
- Establish and maintain standards, both qualitative and quantitative, for SDR performance
- Refine processes to best support our evolving business
- Ensure SDRs fully utilizes the tech stack in an effective and efficient manner.
- Provide input into suggested enhancements to the Sales Development tech stack
- Drive pipeline generation activities across the SDR organization, and work closely with Marketing and Sales leaders to ensure SDR processes are streamlined for maximizing pipeline generation
- Provide call-coaching and activity-based guidance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred
- Proven track record of success in Sales Development and or Marketing roles
- 1+ years of Sales experience as an SDR
- 6 months-1+ years of experience as a Leader
- Clear communications skills, both verbal and written, with incredible attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and complete tasks very quickly

Compensation
- Base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 + on-target variable + equity + benefits.
- Our base salary figures are determined in good faith at the time of the job posting
- The on-target variable is typically 30-40% of base salary for this position.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, licensure and certifications, and/or other business and organizational needs.
