We are seeking an experienced Pricing Expert to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development of pricing initiatives, driving the implementation of new packages/modules, and ensuring alignment with Customer Support/Customer Success. The Pricing Strategist will play a pivotal role in the future split between commercial and finance, with a focus on strategic pricing considerations for new service packages and modules.

Your Tasks


  • You develop and implement strategic pricing initiatives to optimize revenue and profitability
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new service packages and modules
  • You provide strategic guidance on pricing decisions, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  • You work closely with the data team to leverage insights and analytics for pricing optimization
  • You manage pricing projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for pricing-related inquiries and initiatives
  • You mentor and support team members on pricing best practices and methodologies.

Your Profile


  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • You have min. 3 years of relevant experience in pricing strategy and implementation
  • You have prior experience in pricing-focused consulting is highly desirable
  • You have analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are fluent in English, fluency in German is desirable
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
