Litify is looking to bring on a dynamic certified Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day configuration, support, and administration of our internal Salesforce.com environment. You will be managing and owning our Salesforce instance and work to optimize and streamline our organization’s use of the platform. Additionally, you will be our team’s subject matter expert in all things Salesforce and its add-on components. You will have the opportunity to be a core and integral member of our growing Operations team with the potential to define, manage, and execute processes across our various teams.
As a Salesforce OEM Partner, Litify’s use of our own Salesforce Org is world-class, therefore you’ll be expected and encouraged to adopt cutting-edge technologies and utilize the full power of the Salesforce stack, from Sales, to Service to Marketing (Marketo), Communities, Mobile, Appexchange and more. As an OEM partner, we utilize various partner tooling such as Environment Hub, the Partner Order App, and the License Management App - you will be the Product Manager for these and all our internal systems linked to Salesforce.
We expect you to push the envelope with technology to make user experience, whether it be internal users, partner users or customer portal users, world-class, not solely with the Salesforce stack but with all of the ecosystem products that are linked to it. You will be considered an operational leader at our company and have a seat at the table for strategic conversations and direct line to the executive team in making our internal systems and technology world class.
You will:
- Configure, design, and administer our Salesforce.com instances
- Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, and roles and manage all validation rules, workflow rules, visual flows, etc.
- Work to automate current manual tasks
- Manage and resolve all support requests, including administering and maintaining user accounts, roles, and profiles, and troubleshooting reported bugs
- Modify and scale existing processes to support more users and new business requirements
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Experience with change management, sandboxes, change sets and Sales Cloud required
- Experience with third party vendors and applications such as Docusign,
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and act upon multiple work streams simultaneously
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience in managing integrations with third party vendors such as Zapier, Apollo, Leandata, Demandtools and Sales Navigator is a plus
- Experience with Service Cloud and Communities is a plus
- Experience coding in Apex or related language is a plus
Disclosure:The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000.
