Who we are


We are looking for a motivated Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help us standardize, scale and improve how we manage the client-facing teams at Attentive. This includes everything from focusing the post-sale organization on the appropriate strategic initiatives to hit our goals while optimizing economics for the business, as well as setting aggressive but achievable goals at the team and individual level.This person has a critical mix of being deeply analytical, having strong project management skills, and experience solving complex and ambiguous problems under tight deadlines. You’ll report to the Director of Revenue Operations.

  • Collaborate on forecasted quarterly goals for client-facing teams, ensuring targets are challenging yet achievable and align closely with expected client behavior
  • Own model for determining performance and OKRs for upcoming quarters as well as in-quarter reporting, reporting performance on a regular basis to executive leadership, business leadership and individual contributors
  • Partner with client-facing leadership to understand key trends in the business, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive value for Attentive and our clients
  • Enhance workflow for client-facing teams to drive efficiency in managing books of business and everyday client management activities through customer success optimization tools and platforms
  • Own the operating headcount model and act as a key cross-functional partner to the business for capacity-related recommendations and analyses
  • Own strategic projects that are complex and cross-functional in nature, breaking down ambiguous problems and utilizing an advanced analytic tool kit to creatively arrive at solutions

About you


  • 7+ years of operations or similar experience
  • Excellence with excel modeling and project management frameworks
  • Ability to synthesize multiple datasets to glean strategic insights and recommendations
  • Robust analytical skills, business modeling and presentation capabilities 
  • Strong sense for sequencing and prioritization
  • High aptitude for partnering with others
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
