About the Role
Join Labelbox’s product-led growth team as the first Product Growth Analyst. Your primary mission will be to define the objectives of growth initiatives and ensure we can measure their impact. At Labelbox, we're all about data driving important decisions, not just churning out dashboards. There's plenty of information to work with, backed by solid data engineering. You will focus on impactful, timely, and easy-to-understand growth insights. Succeeding in this role leads to more advanced data science projects and deeper involvement in product development.
Your Day to Day
- Define core Product-Led Growth and B2B product metrics, create and maintain dashboards for them.
- Analyze metric changes and trends, diving deep into the data.
- Plan and analyze growth experiments, even in low-volume scenarios.
- Contribute to refining our quantitative growth model for better forecasting and goal-setting.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for long-term success.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in Product analytics.
- Strong grasp of PLG metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude).
- Ability to analyze data rigorously and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in data engineering, with skills in Segment and Hightouch.
- Marketing analytics experience.

This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits.
