About the Role
Senior Marketing Project Managers on the Client Engagement and Marketing team are responsible for planning and executing marketing channels, projects and campaigns. Your assigned projects, channels or campaigns will be directly tied to department and company objectives allowing you to see the impact you have on a regular basis. This Senior Project Manager role will own two key channels including the FareHarbor.com website, our Content Marketing strategy and social media presence. On the FareHarbor site, you will execute on our organic strategy while collaborating with lead generation, sales, brand and product marketing to ensure our website is achieving our content and engagement goals.
As the owner of our content marketing strategy, you will work to establish FareHarbor as the industry thought leader in the tour and activities industry, providing helpful content to prospects and existing clients alike. In this role you will work with stakeholders across many teams and levels within the organization. We are looking for someone with advanced experience in maintaining a successful B2B marketing website and growing traffic through organic search strategies.
What you’ll do here:
Senior Marketing Project Managers are assigned specific campaigns, channels and/or projects to own. No matter the assignment, you are expected to:
- Own the end to end execution of multiple medium to high complexity level channels, projects and/or campaign strategies
- Define strategies for limited to medium complexity channels independently and collaborate on high complexity strategies with leaders.
- Project manage the creation of deliverables based on the defined strategy including defining project goals and messaging, collaborating with strategy, design and content teams
- Manage and influence stakeholders up to the Director level, work productively with VP level.
- Report on channel specific metrics and implement strategy optimizations to improve impact.
- Solicit customer feedback to ensure content strategy aligns with both business and client needs.
Key Campaigns, channels and projects for this role will include:
Website
- Own the success of the FareHarbor.com website
- Partner with Lead Generation, Product Marketing and other FareHarbor teams to create, monitor and optimize website content
- Project manage the addition of new pages, sections and content on the website
- Run A/B tests to improve website conversion rate
Content Marketing
- Own the end-to-end execution of our content marketing strategy on FareHarbor.com
- Develop and oversee the execution of editorial calendar based on channel, department and business priorities
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Strategist, SEO, Creatives, Copywriters, other channel owners, Account Management, Sales and other internal teams to create written, webinars, videos and other deliverables as defined by the content marketing strategy.
- Analyze web traffic and engagement to report on strategy success and to optimize future deliverables.
- Solicit customer feedback to ensure content strategy aligns with both business and client needs.
Social Media Marketing
- Own the end-to-end execution of our social media marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Strategist, Creatives, Copywriters, other channel owners, Account Management, Sales and other internal teams to develop content in line with our social marketing strategy.
- Report on social metrics and optimize strategy to grow following and channel impact.
Requirements:
- 5+ years working in a digital marketing, defining campaign strategy, knowledge of various digital marketing channels and reporting systems
- 5+ years working in a content marketing role
- 5+ years managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
- Experience with content management systems such as Wordpress
- Experience running B2B social marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Linkedin
