Check it out for yourself 😎We’re seeking a versatile and scrappy Senior Growth Marketer to spearhead our growth marketing efforts, focusing on developers and product leaders.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving growth in both our self-serve and sales-led businesses. Your role will be crucial in experimenting with various strategies and channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You may even have dabbled in Developer Relations or community building with developers. Importantly, you're ready to have fun along the way!
Your Mission

- Deeply understand the market and our target customers in Product and Engineering.
- Design, test, and implement effective growth strategies tailored to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of funnels and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate expertise in multiple marketing channels and specialize in at least two to three areas such as SEO, SEM, community engagement, events, social media, and email marketing.
- Be opinionated and creative about content ideas including video. Sometimes you’ll create content yourself and then scale by working with the team and contractors to drive compelling content creation.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign and project execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches
- In the absence of data you will bold bets and and measure impact of experiments
- Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, ideally direct experience in a growth marketing role for developers or product leaders
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative, high-impact acquisition programs across multiple channels
- Experience with strategy development and goal setting
- Ability to manage contractors effectively by engaging with strong briefs and direction
- Familiarity with various growth tools and desire to be involved in tool selection e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, email and others
- Experience managing budgets
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment and work cross-functionally to influence leadership, align stakeholders, and execute quickly with business partners
- A genuine curiosity for AI video and bonus if you have experience in video or AI products.
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Bonus if you were previously a developer
Please note that this position is a hybrid in San Francisco.
Salary range
$140,000—$180,000 USD
