Hadrian is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Precision Inspection Contractor to join our Quality Department.
This role is designed for a recent college graduate or an experienced professional looking to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and final inspection. As an PIC, you will support our quality team in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
Responsibilities:
- CAD Design: Collaborate with CMM Programmers to design fixtures using CAD software.
- Inspection Tools: Learn and utilize various inspection tools such as comparators, profilometers, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Quality Inspection: Perform full inspection of jobs to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Support Tasks: Assist programmers and quality specialists with various tasks including cleaning the quality room and handling materials.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections and report findings to the quality team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, familiarity with inspection tools and techniques, attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time on a short-term contract basis, with the potential for overtime.
Contract Details
- Duration: This is a short-term contract position. Full-time employment may be extended at the end of the internship based on performance, but it is not guaranteed.
- Compensation: $30 per hour, with eligibility for overtime pay.
