Your Tasks
- You plan and build new integrations to online shops, marketplaces and other external channels using our innovative NoCode Tool
- You provide expert support in e-commerce notably in API Ecommerce integration
- You control the product pipeline in an agile environment and support your full-stack team in every step of a sprint
- You have a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and are therefore in close contact with our Customer Success and Account Management team
- You plan and design your own product roadmap with a well-organized backlog and the big picture in view
- You break down complex requirements into clear specifications and communicate proactively with your colleagues in engineering and design
Your Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and ERP; with a background in data science or business informatics
- You pay attention to complete and clean documentation and are familiar with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc
- You have a background in data infrastructure and data integration and get excited about working with technical users as customers
- You have experience in setting up complex structures (such as ERP, CRM, etc.) and have a profound understanding of eCommerce platforms and the associated background processes
- You are fluent in both English and German
