In this role, you will be leading our web strategy and experiences efforts. You will define the web roadmap for our web engineering teams, SEO practitioners, and web creatives. You will partner with product marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, and brand to ensure Airtable’s web presence is best in class, and drives business value. Most importantly, you will guide the web design and engineering teams to build robust, and compelling experiences for our website visitors.
What you’ll do:
- Drive a positive culture built on trust, ownership, urgency, transparency, empowerment and accountability.
- Define and evolve the vision for Airtable.com and relevant subdomains.
- Set OKRs and KPIs, and perform quarterly and annual reviews of team efforts against those objectives and metrics at the executive level
- Partner with and influence key stakeholders across the organization to define the roadmap of efforts annually and quarterly.
- Work with business stakeholders to strategically define requirements for each effort to meet business and visitor expectations.
- Define and manage operational cadences to ensure teams are delivering according to expectations and the defined roadmap, and to evaluate trade-offs when they arise.
- Develop weekly KPI and ROI reporting and provide recommendations on ares of focus.
- Define a budget for resource allocation, tooling, and vendors.
- Develop and manage relationships with third party vendors and resource providers.
Who you are:
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with strategic and creative business partners in an agile environment.
- Great communication and organizational skills with the ability to partner with cross functional teams to define strategies and priorities.
- Experience with driving architecture decisions to optimize for both speed and quality.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience with headless CMS and B2B Saas is a plus.
