Your Job
To specify, you will
Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee activities in the Engineering and Development department,
Ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company.
Work with other members of the executive team to develop the product strategy and plan.
Manage all aspects of research, development, and commercialization of new products.
Lead and direct an overall cross-functional team to carry out new product development and launch activities.
Your profile for this job
You have initial experience as a manager of a technical team
You are an expert in the AdTech domain
You have a strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team and build consensus
Your mind set to share our adventure
