About the Role:
Are you the next Qventoid? We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Director, Strategy and Sales Business Ops to lead our efforts in optimizing sales strategies and driving revenue growth. Our Sales Analytics team is critical to our mission, providing insights and recommendations that shape our sales initiatives and contribute to our overall success.As a Director, Strategy and Sales Business Ops, you will lead a team of analysts, develop data-driven sales strategies, and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategy execution in partnership with AVPs, communicating the need, urgency, and value of partnerships.
Lead the creation of pro formas, business cases (SCR), prioritization cases, executive decks, and proposed partnership structures.
Financially engineer partnerships, including developing financial models, pricing packages, and cash flow analyses.
Conduct opportunity and business analysis, such as white space analysis, claims-based market analysis, and custom data analysis using internal and partner-provided data.
Travel nationally to customers for 2 days every other week.
Support AVPs in executive meetings by capturing notes, setting strategy, executing communication post-meetings, and following up on action items.
What We’re Looking For:
Consulting foundation in framing problems and solutions (SCR - problems, what must be true to solve them, why hard, etc).
Experience in consulting deck design and build.
Familiarity with big data analysis using SQL and Python.
Expertise in financial modeling.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
It’s a Plus if You Have…
Experience working with EMR data and market claims data.
Confidence and ability to be compelling in front of customers.
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience with management consulting firms.
Background in financial services.

This salary represents market data's middle to the high end across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
