About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager at Ramp, you will be the driving force behind the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core Spent Management product. We’re seeking a product leader who is excited to deliver best-in-class consumer products that power thousands of finance teams (our core buyers) and, ultimately, the engine behind Ramp.
What You’ll Do
Match customer understanding with business goals to deliver great products and experiences alongside a team of world-class designers and engineers
Own the product vision, strategy & roadmap for the (finance) admin experience on Ramp
Help thousands of finance teams on Ramp more successfully manage their finances by expanding the capabilities of our product
Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings, disambiguating the signal from the noise for the core product experience
Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to grow the product management function as Ramp scales
What You Need
Minimum 7 years of PM experience, building products from ideation to launch
BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
Strong design intuition, passionate about building seamless experiences
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal
Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions
Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience building consumer, technically complex, or financial products
Compensation
The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $208,300-$245,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
